We are a group of three families who are passionate and excited to bring the joy and camaraderie of the Highland Games to your family and the community. This is a venture we have wanted to undertake for years and are thrilled to finally have the opportunity to bring this dream to life and share it with you.
Our Story
This event is the long hope and plan of three families from three different backgrounds but who all share a deep love and appreciation for the Scottish culture and Highland games that celebrate it. The Thompson, Frye, and Butner families have been more like family to one another for many years and for some of us the relationship has spanned over twenty years. We have wanted to bring the Highland games a little Closer to home for us and hopefully for you as well and have the honor to be responsible for this fun, family friendly, and educational event that we hold near and dear to our hearts. Although this will be our first venture of this type we each hold unique qualifications that brought together make us the perfect team to make this event everything we have dreamed of and hope that you will agree when you attend on May 10th, 2025.
